i’m going to do a midnight in paris drinking game sometime soon. maybe this weekend. rules are: take a drink whenever rachel mcadams’ character is a dick. take a shot whenever someone uses the words “golden age” and “nostalgia”. whenever a new character from the 20’s shows up, name a novel or piece they have done first, and the other person has to take a shot. take a sip whenever kathy bates is on screen because of COURSE they had her play the big ol’ lez gertrude stein (also, am i the only dork that wished they had also brought out alice b. toklas?) take a shot whenever adrien brody says “rhinoceros”. take a sip whenever owen wilson’s character makes fun of his fiancee’s parents.
